About Our Food

The delicious Neapolitan-style pizzas at Pizza Republica are cooked in a wood fired brick oven at over 900° that crisps the crust with a charbroiled smoky flavor and perfectly melts the handmade mozzarella. Heating the oven to 900° allows the aromas of our fresh ingredients to shine through before they become overcooked. This is the true art of the Pizzaiolo: each pizza is an individual piece of art for you to enjoy.

In addition to pizza, we offer organic salads and rustic Italian entrees that are sure to delight even the most discerning foodie’s palette. You’ll savor our Porcini Crusted Bone-in Rib Eye with Parsnip Leek Mashed, Striped Bass with Wild Mushrooms and Sage Gnocchi, and no one will ever forget Nona’s Famous Stuffed Shells.
